Mike Portnoy Temper Tantrum

This is an interesting video of drummer Mike Portnoy having a temper tantrum because of something
going wrong with his drum equipment. Interesting that he is playing "Stratus" at the time..lol!

This is a new band project that includes Billy Sheehan on Bass, Derrick Sheridian on Keys and
Tony Macalpine on Guitar.

Is he being unprofessional or are his actions justified?...you decide.

I saw this subject on a thread at Drummerworld last week.

Pathetic, childish, disrespect to bandmates and audience. Totally amateurish and uncalled for. Ridiculous. His "apology" was not really an apology, but a veiled excuse.

There are other vids of Portnoy getting ticked off on-stage. Apparently he's a temper tantrum waiting to happen.

Older guys tend to say - bad attitude. Younger players tend to say - that was cool.

Portnoy is of an age where he should know better.

Kieth Moon was a child and looneytunes. Portnoy is a child in a packed diaper.
