Anyone know the story behind this strange performance?
The tune is "Oh Mendocino" from Billy's B.C album from 1979.

It's possible this could have been part of the show that boomer appeared on with Italian drummer Tullio de Piscopo when he did some TV tapings in Italy around that time.

And yes it appears to have been posted by the singer.
