Has anyone ever tried these drums? I have seen AD's for them, but very few dealers in my area actually
carry any of them in stock. In fact I have never seen a kit in person, anywhere.

Like you, I've only seen them online. Judging by
the tom mounts they seem to be a spin off of
Pearl. Or just copying Pearls system I guess.

I haven't seen a modern drummer in quite awhile but, I recall seeing their ads all the time in there, with various players I never heard of endorsing them. They began advertising full maple shells for one line, if I remember correctly. Or maybe it was inner and outer plies.

Interesting drums, if you can find them anywhere...!!
Long wait times on special orders also.

There are not many online U.S. dealers that even sell them, I saw one new kit for sale on Ebay, but very few used drums available.
Most of the dealers listed on there website are either out of business or "Mom & Pop" music shops.
I have not seen any major retailer that carries or even sells their drum products.

Peace is not out of business, they just don't have any distribution, that makes them hard to find.

If I do more research, I can find out more, sometimes major chains like Guitar Center or Sam Ash can get these drums.
You just have to ask a manager, usually they can order them from a distributor.
Years ago, I inquired about the octobans they made, but with the sparkle lacquer instead of black and I was told it could
be a 3-6 months wait time.

drumman, wasn't there a major Japanese builder from Yamaha
who left and started his own drum line? I believe you posted
something pertaining to this a couple of years ago.

Do you remember who that was?
