OK, here's my research rant of the day. It began when looking into Yamaha cocktail kits and discovering this excellent dude:

Then I noticed he made his own tongue drum, somewhat similar to the Gato drum I own and have played for decades:

Now here's the best part . . . he built his tongue drum using plans from this company:

There is a lot to discover there . . . seems like beautiful quality and quite an array of tunings . . . explore it for a bit . . . I was excited to find it. If I were to buy one, it might be the 12 Key Bass Giant tuned to Blues in C. But it's a hard choice. Suggestions are appreciated . . .
