Who said you need $1,000 for a drumset. No stopping with this guy and could you imagine what he sounds like on a drum kit? I've seen many like him while in Africa in 2014 and I'll be returning this October if God willing. I jammed with a woman that played a hand-made conga in a mud church there in Kenya and she was cranking...really. It was near intimidating! Lol! Their rhythmic pattern is funky and can be complex. You can hear a lot of influence in our culture today that's probably unconsciously played. Or, there is a subtle influence in setting up the kit that comes from either Europe or America. Great stuff!!
