Okay Spanky here it is ! this was the next to last song of the night and coincidentally we went into Little Wing right after it, a combination version of Jimi and Derek & the Dominoes.

the bassist/vocalist on this tune is Tim's younger brother Paul Curtin. There is a nice tease of Third Stone from the Sun which Mark thru in during the song.

Hope you guys like it !!!

Okay, Ted,

Very nice and solid groove on your part. The band sounded good.... The only thing I can hear that's kind of iffy is the bass player/vocalist had trouble playing and singing the tune at the same time. I noticed when he would begin singing, he would play a single note kind of pedal tone thing. It's a bit unfortunate because the line of this song is such a prominent and signature line in this tune. And when the bass misses it, it's very noticeable (to me anyway) and the tune loses a little something.

I like the bands drive though and you are definitely an asset to what they do... You'll fit right in once you grow your D-Slam mullet.

I like the sound of your splash also.

Don.

P.S. I think your rack toms are too close together... geek

Thanks Don for watching, and for the kind words. But I think you misunderstand that this is not a band - these are one offs with some friends just gettin together to play as part of Tim's gig. No rehearsals, and no advance warning on what we're playing.
So I'm not trying to fit in with a band or anything here. We just jammin mon ! And my mullet is starting to itch , so I will have to cut my hair short again ! I know , you're disappointed in me !

I understand that you're not a band considering the actual meaning, but you are a band once you all step on the stage and begin playing together.

Even under the jamming circumstances I think you guys sound good. You're definitely rockin the house, mullet or no! afro
