That's the Canadian gatefold cover of Between Nothingness & eternity. The front cover depicts the skyline view of nYC as it looks from Central Park which is where the photo on the bottom was taken.
The music is the same as the regular BN & E.
I do have this cover in my collection .
Update: I finally took a good luck at this cover and realized it's not the one I have- This is the Bootleg cover for the Lost Maha Album which was out just before they released the Lost Trident Sessions. The photo on the cover is the same one used for the Canadian pressing Of B, N & E but with the title changed. I' m sorry I didn't look more closely at it, I just assumed it was the Canadian gatefold pressing. My bad ! But I do have the original Canadian pressing.
