From the same gig as the last couple of vids, here is our attempt at All You Need Is Love. Tim makes reference to the tune being in 7/4 for those of you who care, which it is.

Again, no rehearsals or anything. Just talked about it before the set and away we went ! HOpe you like it. Remember , it takes several minutes to download which I can't do anything about, sorry.

I really enjoyed this! Nice touch with the hot rods, Ted. They supplied a softer, more loose feel yet without losing solidarity.
The way this was played just felt nice... Your drums sound great by the way. I really love odd 4's rather than 8's because
it has much less of that falling off the edge feel. You guys did a great job with this, brother Ted!

It's really good to hear and see you playing again... Kudos, bruh! Cool

Just so you know, I've download all of these to my hard drive.

Hey , thanks a lot Don ! the fact that you would consider putting this stuff on your hard drive means a lot to me. that's a wonderful compliment, and I thank you for it !

But those were not Hot Rods I was using. It was a Vic Firth rute' , but maybe that's the same thing, I'm not sure. They work good in the small club setting where I'm trying to keep the overall volume down, especially on the cymbals, but without losing articulation. But they are expensive at $20 a pair, and I already cracked one of the rods ! LOL

thanks so much for watching ! I think we will be playing together again on the 29th of April so I will have more goodies I hope !

Yes, Ted, I also have a pair of rutes. They are basically the same as hot rods,
though I think rutes are built better and definitely more expensive. But their
purposes are the same.

Keep em comin, T.B.

Don't forget that the bridge is in 4/4 time, Ted.
