Hello again,
I may have an opportunity to jam with a group of guys doing an "In A Silent Way" sound with a touch of Grateful Dead country mixed in.
I want to approach this much as Tony did in IASW with a linear hi-hat groove or soft rim-ride effects. My question is what other recordings are out there from the period that stay true to the soft drumming style of IASW. I probably have heard them, may even have them inb my collection, just can't remember.
