Happy new year

I hope everyone realizes their hopes and dreams into a reality. Especially Pete, thank you for making this board for us, I found this group when I first discovered the innerwebs back around the yr. 2000. I feel like I was able to learn a lot. Even if we quibble I hope it is all in the name of learning and continuing the musical arts. Because I truly believe music is the healing force in this world. No matter what your personal beliefs are I hope that statement resonates something. And I also believe that education is the key. To recap some of what I've learned yes fusion and progressive and all that, but just dynamics and creativity, when the chips are down and I want to get some inspiration I take this advice from our friend and Mentor Billy KaBAMM, go take a look and listen to papa jo, Roy Haynes, max roach etc..
