Saturday nights gig.

I did a corporate private party gig last night, in a place called The Valencia Ballroom. Turns out this place was "the" room to play, back in the swing era. It was a very cool, old, grand building, with a huge stage. It was neat to play on the same stage that was once used by the likes of Benny Goodman, Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey, Glen Miller, Guy Lombardo and Duke Ellington.

Kinda' gave me chills. It was a nice experience.
