get the raw apple cider vinager like bragg's.
I use it for salad dressing with a tblspoon of hemp oil.
hemp oil (no not that kind) is highest in omega 3, 6 and 9
then throw a little oregeno, basil and dried herbs in it.
also lemon and olive oil is nice on steamed broccolli or salad.
i recently did a liver cleansing diet but how quickly i revert back to my same unhealthy habits. like eating before i go to bed it's awful i am going to do it right now. ummm almond butter, at least i use sprouted grain bread
i'll look into this slow cooking business.
