i really liked the sound of the cymbal ( and a splash over china ). Also what mini china was over ride cymbal?

That was not a china, it is a Sabian Bozzio Signature cymbal.
If you have the 1998 Modern Drummer issue with Billy on the cover,
his cymbal setup is listed in great detail.
Maybe you can locate a back issue from Modern Drummer.
