I talked to Billy via email. Here's the run down on his east and west coast kits he's using:

Hi Don:
The configuration is 14", 13", 8", 13",& 10". The drum set is a PHX that was ordered about 4 years ago and showed up just last October in LA. I now will keep it in the USA at Evans, in New York for all dates east of the Mississippi River and use the white set for the western dates.

Thanks for the info Don!

I just saw this thread, that explains what happen to the orange lacquer/gold hardware kit I saw.
It stays on the East coast at the Evans factory.

But, what happened to his white kit for the west coast shows?
