Anders

This question might have been asked before on this forum, but what are your favourite fusion albums? I would pick these 10 albums to an isolated island based on what I’ve been listening more to for the last 30 years or so (in no particular order):

1. Bill Bruford – One Of A Kind
2. Allan Holdsworth – Metal Fatigue
3. Mike Stern – Upside Downside
4. Al Di Meola – Elegant Gypsy
5. Billy Cobham – Crosswinds
6. Scott Henderson & Tribal Tech – Dr. Hee
7. Dave Weckl – Master Plan
8. Brand X – Masques
9. Dixie Dregs – What If
10.Mahavishnu Orchestra – Inner Mounting Flame

Kind regards,
Anders

When I was thinking back on
this era, it occurred to me just
what a big part of it, for me,
George Duke was/is. I mean
what a player!!

afro

I just love him and everything
he did. So meaningful.
