very clean horn parts that
are perfectly syncopated
and challenging. At the same
time, the bass line will require
your attendance. I am sure
you will love the very dynamic

Hi Pete,
Thanks for helping me with latin music! i didn't know tony Vega at all but i already like his music,as you said,it's very challenging for me to play this, a few yaers ago,i played in a latin jazz band(a bit different) and after a few weeks ,it was over, (too difficult for me).Today ,i want to take time to study latin music and to be relax with it) Thanks again for your help,it'up to me now!!!Peace,Stef

The trick is in going slow, taking
each section, one at a time, FIRST
for time, feel and dynamics and
THEN for accents and horn kicks.
When you get to these, you will
be already feeling the patterns
and stickings that will be best.

Take a LONG time. It will be worth
it in the end. You will see.
