I am not sure if anybody posted these dates yet, but here the U.S. dates:

4/9-4/13: Yoshi's - San Francisco/Oakland
4/24-4/27: Jazz Alley - Seattle, Washington
9/2-9/7: Blue Note - New York City, NY
9/11-9/14: Blues Alley - Washington D.C.
