It's very gratifying to see folks trying to emulate the music of my favorite band of all time, over 38 years later.

It also shows you how hard the music really is to copy. I thought the Mahavishnu Experience did a good job with their covers, but I didn't care as much for Miles Beyond.

the best cover band of Maha material out there would still be the Mahavishnu Project in my opinion.

Went to see the Mahavishnu Project in Wilmington Delaware around 4 years ago, I talked to the drummer about Billy's website and he told me to tell Billy hi, I did post that and not long after that the site was gone.
