Thanks to the keen observations of Anders, the old board at www.billycobham.com is back ! But everyone must re-register .

Of course it's up to Pete, but I think we should keep both boards !

OK, seems I must be missin' a big ol' piece of some puzzle!

edit: I just clicked on the link that Ted provided, and I got the answer. When did that happen, and should we transfer to that board??? Now I'm REALY confused!

Well, keeping in mind that this
board was/is a substitute for
Billy's board, which was MIA
for a long while - NOW, that
it is back, it would be only fit-
ting that we support Billy by
re-registering there.

As for this one, it is already
here. I can kill it but I think it
might be a good back-up, just
in case.

Let Pete and Billy work this out between them two. Everyone knows how Boomer (Cobham) is my brother on more than one level. What people don't know is that Peter Corona is also my brother... I'm in a quandary here:

... keep both Boards? Pershaps... but then had not Boomer's board been hacked I'm wondering if anyone would have stepped up to the plate beyond Peter.

I'm patient... whatever you Guys decide to do is fine with me. Only one caveat: keep this board alive and well and let Boomer discuss it with Peter. Heck, I've worked hard enough to resurrect a dinosaur laptop just to communicate with you.

Ted, I checked it out. All I saw was something about "destroying your website", but no audio. Perhaps my virus software blocked it? Anyway, I get the jist of what happened. That really sucks. What purpose would someone have, to do such a thing? What good does it serve? I hope they caught the bastards!

We've been around in one form or another for about 6 years Russ, which is why we break balls on each other so often[familiarity breeds contempt, some might say].

Actually, there's a lot of love and affection amongst us , all possible thru Boomer, and now Pete.

There's no audio with that message from the hackers. Best not to try to contact them, or mess with them. unfortunately, they are good at what they do, and Billy's sites were destroyed 3 times in the last few years. Not sure if it's the same guys , or why they are doing it. We have some ideas, but that's all they are, ideas.

Wow! Six years!!! I wish I had known. Look at all the fun I've been missing!

With regards to the hackers Ted, there's one thing for sure. There's someone they can't escape, and that's God. They'll have to answer to Him someday, for it. You can bet on it!

Sorry, Suss, I couldn't answer to your message, I just read it (7:30 PM next day in Germany) but, yes, I needed only to put my old name and password.

And yes, I agree with everybody, about the great job Pete has done, keeping us all connected through this wonderful forum.

Fusionfunk, I think you'll find the old forum very interesting. There were previous forums we did that were completly erased after the hack attacks, much larger than the last one, but still there are lot of messages in this one, the one just reactivated.
