Here's a guy playing the subways in NYC. The banner behind them indicates they are part of the program the subway system has which allows musicians and performers to register and legally play and collect money in the system. The police don't bother them, and you have to audition to become part of the program.

However, they do stop the un-registered from playing. Performers are given areas where they have to play as not to interfere with the functioning of the subway by causing crowds to gather.

I've seen this guy, and given him some cash on occasion. He's pretty good, don't you think ?

That's funny, It showed last night ???

It was something to the effect that your guy is using the Carvaggio Bucket Drum Special Kit with the custom Gibraltar warning cone mounts ! LOL

And I wanted to hear him play a beat other that that same one , over and over. At least the NY guy showed some variations. Peace, TED

Yeah, I agree. It gets a little old after awhile. But I think it was nicely put together. Not just the groove but the sound. It didn't sound like he was playing buckets. And that's what grabbed me the most.
