Here locally, Coleman's yellow powderd mustard is mixed with soyu sauce and served as a dip for fresh raw Pacific Aku fish. Some may be familiar with it's name; Sashimi.? It was originated in Japan and highly served here as a delicacy especially ushering in a New Year. Tradition has it that it brings good luck. Personally I don't believe in luck per say but do believe in being blessed. Oh heck.....I just like eaten the stuff when ever I get a chance and that's no joke
