Just to let you guys know that the Cobham Live at Leverkusen CD is currently in stock at Audiophile Imports :

wwww.audiophileimports.com . The DVD release has been pushed back into the new year but the CD versions of the same concert are out right now.

I don't know if there will be additional tracks from the show on the CD or not until my copy gets here.
