Nice shots, Don. I didn't know tama was making a remote cable hat again. But, I didn't see the second set of hats, either. Is it not a cable hat?

That remote isn't for a hi-hat but for the Cajon, Asaph.  
It has a beater inside of it. If you look closely at the
picture of the Cajon, you will see a cable going across
the top of the bass drum and into the back of the Cajon.

For the cajon. Wow. Interesting. Is that custom or is there a hardware modification kit to move a beater that way?

Good question... I didn't ask, Billy but I will.
Interesting enough, I didn't look inside the
cajon to see how it actually works. I did watch
him play it however, alternating between the
bass drum and the cajon. Very cool. On a good
system with killer subs, it sounds awesome.
