February 4th, 6th & 7th in Milan, Italy at the Blue Note.
The Spectrum band makes another appearance, hopefully some of these
shows may be recorded for a possible Live CD.

Billy said he was waiting for the right performances before he released a live
Spectrum CD, maybe this will be it?

the band appearing at the Blue Note in Milan is the Billy Cobham band, not Spectrum. It's actually the new Culture Mix lineup but is not being billed as that for whatever reason.

The lineup is Jean Marie Ecay on guitar, Fifi Chayeb on bass, Christophe Cravero on violin and Junior Gill on steel pan.

There will be some cuts by the Spectrum band on the next Fruit From the Loom release in the future. They were recorded in the studio during the time the band appeared in New York at the Blue Note.
