Hi guys,
i've just received his last cd "prescription renewal live at the fox theater".I must say that it was a big surprise!first the sound is very dynamic,the bass guitar and the bass drum are deep,then the music...really funky!!! They know how to groove,from the opening track to the last one ,it' the same...Mike is phenomenal in his style:(syncopes , displacements and accents and so on).In this band you have the great Fred Wesley on trombone,Skerik on sax,Charlie Hunter on guitar,Robert Walter on keys but curiously we don't know anything about the strong bass player(anyway not Paul Jackson!).last year i bought "headhunter live in Europe" with both Mike Clark and Bill Summers and i was a bit disapointed,but this one is a Killer...Peace,Stef
