Billy's answer concerning the forum

Don: it's gone for a while. There is much that will change soon. More later. Pete's place is good for the forum now.

Like Woody said, it would have been nice to have gotten a heads up and have Pete's site posted. Many don't even know of this forum and won't know where to go.

A community cut off at the knees just like that.

Sorry for not providing a heads up regarding the demise of the forum before I pulled it but I opt'd to do this as a result of stuff that's going on with my site and getting some legal issues put to rest. I hope that I can add a forum again once things are put right on my side but this could take a while to sort out so, for the time being, I too will have to join you here as long as Pete is comfortable hosting the chat room.
Thanks for all of the years of support you have provided me. I hope that e can continue in the same spirit in spite of the inconvenience caused by the change.

However, it would have been nice to be alerted.

Put that link up to refer the Family/Community here. And when you're out in California take my Nephew Don by the nape of his neck and let him know Atlanta is waiting on another tour my mentor (YOU!)

With all that's going on my side I am guilty of this falling through the cracks so, sorry about that one. Hopefully, this is a good stop gap for the moment as I think you guys will have the latitude to be more focused upon the problems that have faced the old forum in the past.

I have no problem welcoming
any friends of Billy's here.

I am sorry that I have not
been available, as much. The
workload I am carrying, now
is about 10-times, with all
the things going on in the
economies of the world.

Indeed, we talked about
much of it over the last year,
or so. Even still, it is amazing
to actually steer through it.

On top of this, I will share
with you that my mother,
over the past 2-3 weeks,
has been in and out of the
Emergency Room. I am on
edge about things, related.
It's changed all my plans.
I have to be ready, you
understand.

In addition, Ike and Ike-fed
storms have flooded our
area and it's been a wet
weekend for us, though
we are OK, having had
electricity, throughout.

I hope to be around more.

Well, my mom is out of the hospital
and back home. She says she's feeling
OK, now. We're keeping an eye. Of
course, I am glad but I know I have
to accept our time in life. I have had
a great life, with her, filled with love.

You have all heard about the econ-
omy. It's all hitting the fan and make
no mistake - there is more at stake
than just money. It is about control.

This, from Pete's Zen and the Art
of Central Banking:

"You must release it in order to tighten
your grip over it."

Of course, my work has been crazy.
It's been practically 24 hours a day;
I am tired and this is not over yet.
It's not so much the direction of the
markets as is the confusion being
created by the central banks, while
they are raising money - the first
purpose of an exchange.

I can write a book but I want to live.

I hope to check in more often.
