Yes indeed...this guy is pure entertainment. Yes, the vids been out for a year or so now, but thank you for bringing it back. The guy is not a shabby drummer niether cheers

A question was posed if he did get serious can you imagine what he would really sound like. My response to that question was, but he is serious in terms of the business aspect. No doubt this guy can play some drums and I appreciate that fact.

It's very likely that he's just as serious as far as the entertainment aspect also. Where is it written that one has to look stern and be disconnected from his or her audience and not inject some fun into one's craft to be serious? The boy can play, I don't care how you slice it!

This may be simply how he make it do what it do... Idea

it takes all kinds. i wouldn't say he's on any pioneering musical forefronts but rather a retro clown drummer thing. but that's cool if he's happy. he certainly makes people happy doing what he does. i certainly don't have to listen to it or watch it because it gives me hives. but to each his own.

Hey, Pete,

You said it all, man. That's the whole deal in a nutshell. If the guy sounded whack and couldn't play while adding the theatrics, then my suggestion would be to focus on making the music work and chill on all the animation. But that's NOT the case. This guy was layin' it and he can play, while putting on an entertainingly, visual show at the same time. I think it's great!

I too would not say he's on any "pioneering musical forefronts", but how many among us on this site are and why does anyone have to be? And some of us still make "clowns" of ourselves from behind the drum set minus all the theatrics and animation and without anyone ever having to SEE us at all... So there you go.

The way I see it, in his own unique way he's simply doing what Kenny tells us all to do....

He's playing the drums with love. And that's exactly what I get from him when I watch as well as listen to him do what he does.
