Which came first - Trick or Czarcie

A polish custom pedal (6 month wait for the double) that sure looks like a Trick to me. Trick is compression, this is an expansion spring. Otherwise it looks like the same design.

I don't know what kind of patents Trick has but, this sure looks like it crosses some design lines.

Maybe because it is made in Poland they can get away with it if Trick doesn't have any international patent rights.

Yeah, I don't know.... Btw. I contacted Offset Pedals via email and
inquired about their newest, soon to be released model. I got an
answer from the owner of the company, Vedran Alicehajic.

The encounter was a bit strange as he was asking a bunch of questions
about me: If I was an actual player or just an enthusiast. He said it
because they might allow me to endorse the pedal.... To what degree
I have no idea. It was like pulling teeth getting basic info out of him,
price, shipping, etc. And that's all I really wanted from the beginning.

Long story short, I sent him my Facebook info and he's talking about
some kind of endorsement deal that he'd like to put me on. Again I don't
know to what degree that is.... I'll keep you posted as the details come
in, Asaph.

I don't know anything about the Euro guy except what Charles has told me. He made a comment on one of my yt videos about the OFF-SET. To be honest, and it just may be a cultural thing but, I don't know if the guy is doing anything really beneficial for OFF-SET, aside from starting a Euro storage capacity to sell pedals there. The videos he put up on YT are terrible quality.

If you want straight info just go to Charles, and tell him I sent you. I already mentioned to him a couple weeks ago you might be getting in touch with him based on discussion in the other threads.

I see the similarity in the dial
and I do believe that I remember
him mentioning "a company in Poland"
that was infringing on his patents.

I do believe it is the end-pedal. I
have both short and longboards
for them (interchangeable).
