Colin

This is a good move as that Band Artic Monkeys
support Oxfam saving children in Africa and India.

Mind you Bob Dylan said irt was a mistake for him to sell in Starbucks,
against his moral standards , I guess.

This was a Report today on
Ch4 UK TV News.

Selling direct to stores can work well.
So can a CD free in the Mail On Sunday UK paper.

Here in the UK we have one major CD store HMV left
as Virgin sold to another group who went under fast.
Some small independent stores hanging on.

HMV claim some stores will be Juice and seating stores
so they will get back at Starbucks
with better seats and more music to Download in store
and buy CD's.
But times are going to get worse over the next 10 years.

If you are a Pro Musician
you have to play Live more to make a living now.

I would Love to see a Robin Trower - Billy Cobham Band
since the 2 of them can still play bliss.

Never rule anything out in these real Hard times.
And Musicians in Calfornia should contact UK & Europe clubs
for gigs.
Arnold can not save that state.
